Before you book
Do you need to film every hotel room?
Usually a representative room from each agreed category is enough. Multiple rooms, separate buildings and shared facilities are scoped together and may need a custom quote.
What is a 360° virtual tour?
It is an interactive view of a real space made from connected panoramic images. Visitors choose where to look and move between viewpoints. A video plays a fixed sequence instead.
How much does a virtual tour cost in North Cyprus?
Our packages start at £170 for one location up to 150 m², £290 for a business tour up to 400 m², and £490 for a tour plus media up to 300 m². Final scope, tax, travel and availability are confirmed in a written quote.
Is hosting included, and what happens after a year?
The packages include 12 months of tour hosting. Annual renewal is £60 per tour per year, subject to the platform and written quote. If hosting is not renewed, the tour may become unavailable. Ownership, export options and platform limits must be agreed before booking.
Do you use Matterport, and is a 3D floor plan included?
The capture and hosting platform is confirmed in your quote. Do not assume Matterport, a 3D dollhouse, measurement tools or floor plans are included. We can discuss those requirements before selecting the platform and pricing.
Can the tour appear on my website or Google Maps?
Website embedding is included as code, with one installation in Business and Tour + media packages. Google Street View or Business Profile publication is a separate requirement and depends on platform support and eligibility; it is not included by default.
How long will capture and delivery take?
Timing depends on area, access and the number of viewpoints. Send your floor area and spaces, and we will confirm a capture slot and delivery date in your quote. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment.
Will a virtual tour make my business rank higher?
A tour helps people understand your space. Search visibility also depends on your website, useful text, technical access and other signals. Neither rankings, AI recommendations nor extra bookings are guaranteed.
