Social Media Growth & Content Manager (2026)

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative Social Media Growth Manager to work full-time on-site in our Kyrenia studio, directing multi-channel content strategies, viral short-form Reels, and brand engagement for luxury real estate and top TRNC commercial brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Write engaging multi-lingual captions and direct trending short-form video hooks
• Manage client posting calendars, community DM engagement, and comment moderation
• Analyze account growth analytics, reach metrics, and lead conversion reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing brand social media channels with proven growth results
• Proficiency in Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Canva, and basic CapCut video editing
• Strong copy-editing skills in English or Turkish
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual branding
