Senior Next.js & AI Software Engineer (2026)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Next.js and AI Software Engineer to work full-time on-site in our Kyrenia studio, leading frontend architecture, Supabase edge functions, and AI chatbot automation for high-growth real estate and commercial clients across Northern Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and frontend development using Next.js App Router, React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Design Supabase relational schemas, row-level security policies, and serverless Edge Functions
• Develop custom AI LLM agents, RAG knowledge pipelines, and WhatsApp API automation funnels
• Optimize web vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and automated SEO Schema.org structured data

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Proven track record integrating Supabase / PostgreSQL and serverless APIs
• Familiarity with AI engineering (OpenAI API, Supabase vector embeddings, LangChain, or custom agents)
• Strong problem-solving ability and fluency in English
