Meta & Google Ads Media Buyer Specialist (2026)

Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical Media Buyer to work full-time on-site in our Kyrenia studio, building, scaling, and optimizing high-budget Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search ad campaigns targeting overseas real estate buyers across Europe and CIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and manage multi-lingual Meta & Google PPC campaigns for real estate developers and commercial accounts
• Set up custom audience retargeting, lookalike audiences, and Meta Conversions API tracking
• Perform continuous A/B testing on ad visual hooks, ad copy variations, and landing page URLs
• Monitor CPL (Cost-Per-Lead), ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), and generate weekly performance reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience managing budgets on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Deep understanding of lead generation funnels, tracking pixels, and conversion rate optimization
• Analytical mindset comfortable with metrics, CPL targets, and A/B split testing
• Proficiency in English
